These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StakeForge ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

StakeForge is a gamified engagement platform, not a financial investment product, securities offering, or guaranteed return program.

The Platform operates on a membership tier system where users:

• Lock USDT to access membership levels (Levels 1-10)
• Complete community tasks to earn reward points
• Earn daily rewards based on their membership tier
• Participate in referral programs for additional income

Your locked USDT represents your membership tier and cannot be withdrawn. Only earned rewards in your "Available Balance" are withdrawable.

To use StakeForge, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

Restricted Jurisdictions: Users from certain countries may be prohibited from using this platform. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

Deposits:

• All deposits are made in USDT (TRC-20)
• Deposits are used to unlock membership tiers
• Each tier requires a specific deposit amount
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-withdrawable

Membership Duration:

• Each membership level has a specified duration (e.g., 30, 60, 90, or 180 days)
• Daily rewards are credited during the active membership period
• After expiration, you must upgrade or renew to continue earning

Earning Rewards:

• Daily rewards based on your membership tier
• Task completion bonuses
• Referral commissions (up to 10%)

Withdrawal Rules:

• Only "Available Balance" (earned rewards) can be withdrawn
• Locked deposits cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances
• Minimum withdrawal amount varies by level
• Withdrawals are processed within 24-72 hours
• Platform may charge withdrawal fees

Rewards are not guaranteed and depend on platform sustainability, treasury management, and continued user participation.

Users can earn referral commissions by inviting new members:

• Up to 10% commission on direct referrals' deposits
• Multi-level referral structure (percentages vary by level)
• Referral rewards credited to "Locked Balance" or "Available Balance" based on tier
• Abusive referral practices (fake accounts, spam) result in account termination

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the platform
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Engaging in fraudulent deposit or withdrawal activities
• Money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Sharing accounts or credentials with others
• Reverse engineering or copying platform code

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• StakeForge is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from platform use
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures (blockchain networks, payment processors)
• We do not guarantee platform uptime, availability, or functionality
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount of your available balance at time of claim

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Platform discontinuation

Upon termination, you may lose access to all balances (locked and available) unless withdrawal is approved by admin.

Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation with platform administrators
• Binding arbitration (if negotiation fails)
• Governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against StakeForge.
